Tai Chi for Health

Today was the second session of the Tai Chi For Health group.

Lyn started with a the Warm Up, followed by the Stretching Exercises combined with Tai Chi movements - practicing them regularly enhances flexibility and tones up the muscles. 
The session ended with a lovely relaxation, followed by a cup of tea and a chat. 

Tai Chi For Health sessions encourage gentle exercise and are very relaxing.  Movements can be done sitting down or standing up.
