Jills of all Trades

The Jills restarted at the beginning of February. In the planning of the next couple of months, they decided to create a little more wall space to work with and practice their decorating skills. They have decided to re-install a couple of stud walls, plaster and decorate them. This will also incorporate storage space above.

This is a really useful skill as the basis of the stud wall is the same if you wanted to build a cupboard at home. The skills involved include careful measurement, working with plasterboard, drilling and screwing, taping and plastering.

With one wall completed, we are halfway to finishing our goal.

Jills meet every Wednesday, 10 - 12 at the workshop.
